Omakase Nights: Thursday's in October

Coming to Calgary: Thursday's in October

〰️

Coming to Calgary: Thursday's in October 〰️

We are excited to announce the return of our Omakase Nights this October, every Thursday nights for the entire month. Omakase when translated directly means “I leave it up to you” - it is a Japanese dining experience in which guests leave themselves at the hand of the chef and receive a meal that is seasonal, elegant, artistic, and uses the finest ingredients available. Koji Kobayashi will be incorporating seasonality through his kaiseki expertise through his small appetizers, but also allow for guests to marvel at the beautiful simplicity of fish through an extensive nigiri course. Most of our catch will be flown in from Japan aim to convey to what an authentic sushi experience is in Japan.
